The story of our company began in 1947, when Taft Vordenbaum, Sr. founded Brickstone International in San Antonio. Known for its innovative masonry siding, Brickstone
became a trusted name in the region. It weathered the devastation of Hurricane Celia in 1970 without a single loss. This durability gave rise to the slogan “Celia Tested & Proven,” cementing Brickstone’s reputation for reliability.
In 2002, Martin and Debbie Bomba — third-generation home improvement professionals — proudly took the reins of the family business. With the addition of Window World to their portfolio in 2003, they combined the local heritage of Brickstone with the national strength of Window World Inc.
